Refund policy
Triforce TCG – Refund & Sales Policy
This Refund & Sales Policy works in conjunction with our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and all other posted store policies. By placing an order with Triforce TCG, you agree to all applicable policies in full. In the event of any dispute, all policies shall be interpreted together as a single binding agreement.
1. All Sales Final
1.1 Due to the collectible, speculative, and market-sensitive nature of trading cards and related products, all sales are final, including sealed products, singles, pre-orders, subscriptions, trial purchases, accessories, bundles, promotional items, and limited-release products.
1.2 Refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided only where required by applicable law.
1.3 Shipping costs, signature fees, payment processing fees, insurance fees, carrier surcharges, and other fulfillment-related charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped or been processed.
1.4 Market price fluctuations, release delays, allocation reductions, distributor shortages, product reprints, or changes in market value do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, exchange, or price adjustment.
2. Order Acceptance & Allocation
2.1 Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Triforce TCG reserves the right to cancel, limit, refuse, delay, or hold any order at our sole discretion.
2.2 Orders may be delayed, partially fulfilled, or canceled due to suspected fraud, payment processor holds, distributor allocation reductions, manufacturer shortages, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, operational limitations, or policy violations.
2.3 In the event of allocation reductions, supply shortages, or inventory discrepancies, orders may be partially fulfilled or canceled at our discretion. Refunds for canceled portions will be limited to the amount paid for the unfulfilled items.
3. Cancellations & Fees
3.1 Standard order cancellations, if approved, are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover administrative and non-recoverable payment processing costs.
3.2 Pre-orders may only be canceled at the discretion of Triforce TCG and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
3.3 Approved pre-order cancellations may result in an account restriction prohibiting future pre-orders for up to 365 days.
3.4 Orders that have entered fulfillment, packing, shipment preparation, label creation, or carrier handoff stages may not be canceled.
4. Order Combination Policy
4.1 To maintain fulfillment accuracy and operational efficiency, Triforce TCG does not combine separate orders once placed.
4.2 Customers wishing to ship items together should place all desired items within a single order at checkout.
4.3 Requests to combine orders, hold shipments, delay shipments, or merge preorder shipments cannot be guaranteed and are generally not supported due to fulfillment queue volume and operational limitations.
5. Risk of Loss & Shipping Responsibility
5.1 Risk of loss transfers in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
5.2 Triforce TCG is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, held, or damaged packages once possession has transferred to the shipping carrier.
5.3 Claims regarding delivery issues must follow the procedures outlined in our Shipping Policy.
6. Package Forwarding & Third-Party Shipping Services
6.1 Customers who utilize package forwarding companies, freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, reshippers, consolidation services, or any other third-party shipping providers do so entirely at their own risk.
6.2 Triforce TCG fulfills its shipping obligations upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Once a shipment has been delivered to the designated address, any subsequent handling, storage, forwarding, consolidation, exportation, or international reshipment is outside the control of Paladin Cards.
6.3 Orders delivered to package forwarding companies, freight forwarders, mail forwarding services, reshippers, or consolidation services are not eligible for refunds, replacements, returns, chargebacks, insurance claims, or other remedies related to shortages, missing contents, tampering, theft, damage, loss, customs issues, or delays occurring after delivery to the forwarding address.
6.4 Triforce TCG does not guarantee or support shipments that are subsequently forwarded outside the United States by third parties. Customers who choose to export, forward, or reship products internationally assume all risks associated with customs clearance, duties, taxes, transit delays, loss, theft, damage, shortages, tampering, and carrier errors.
6.5 Customers acknowledge that Triforce TCG cannot verify chain of custody after delivery to a forwarding location and therefore reserves the right to deny claims, replacements, refunds, chargebacks, insurance requests, or other remedies relating to packages that have been received, handled, or forwarded by third-party shipping providers.
7. Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders
7.1 Orders of $300 or more after discounts and before taxes may require signature confirmation as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
7.2 Refusal to sign for or retrieve a shipment does not qualify the order for cancellation or refund.
7.3 Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be subject to restocking fees, processing fees, and re-shipping fees before re-delivery.
8. Damages & Manufacturer Defects
8.1 Minor manufacturer, factory, or packaging imperfections are not grounds for refund, exchange, replacement, or return, including but not limited to:
- Small shrink wrap tears
- Corner dents or dings
- Surface scuffs or scratches
- Minor seal imperfections
- Printing inconsistencies
- Packaging imperfections
8.2 Manufacturer defects may need to be addressed directly with the manufacturer where applicable.
8.3 Cosmetic condition of outer packaging is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
9. Promotions, Pricing & Errors
9.1 Discounts, promotional codes, loyalty rewards, and special offers cannot be applied retroactively.
9.2 Pricing fluctuations due to market conditions, distributor changes, allocation changes, or manufacturer pricing adjustments do not qualify an order for refund or adjustment.
9.3 In the event of a pricing error, technical malfunction, listing mistake, or inventory discrepancy, Triforce TCG reserves the right to cancel the affected order prior to shipment and issue a refund.
10. Fraud Prevention & Order Integrity
10.1 Use of automated purchasing tools, bots, scripts, VPN abuse, duplicate accounts, or circumvention methods is strictly prohibited.
10.2 Triforce TCG reserves the right to cancel, limit, refuse, hold, or restrict any order suspected of fraudulent activity, abusive purchasing behavior, or policy violations.
10.3 We may require identity verification, address verification, signature confirmation, or additional documentation prior to shipment.
10.4 If fraudulent or abusive activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order
- Permanently ban associated accounts or IP addresses
- Restrict preorder or promotional access
- Impose a 10% penalty fee
- Refuse future service
11. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Triforce TCG constitutes a breach of this agreement.
11.2 In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Triforce TCG reserves the right to submit this policy, our Shipping Policy, tracking information, delivery confirmation, signature records, GPS delivery data, carrier photographs, delivery scans, payment authorization records, fraud-screening results, customer communications, and all other posted store policies as evidence of agreed terms.
11.3 Where a customer utilizes a package forwarding company, freight forwarder, mail forwarding service, reshipper, consolidation service, or other third-party shipping provider, proof of delivery to the forwarding address shall constitute evidence that Triforce TCG fulfilled its shipping and delivery obligations under the transaction.
11.4 Triforce TCG may recover chargeback fees, administrative expenses, collection costs, arbitration fees, and legal fees where permitted by law.
11.5 Account restrictions or bans resulting from a chargeback are final regardless of dispute outcome.
12. Force Majeure
Triforce TCG shall not be liable for delays, shortages, cancellations, failures, or inability to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, distributor allocation reductions, manufacturer shortages, labor disputes, cyberattacks, carrier disruptions, payment processor holds, fraud prevention measures, supply chain interruptions, or platform outages.
Force majeure events may result in delayed fulfillment, partial fulfillment, cancellation, modification of orders, or shipment delays without penalty. Such events do not entitle the customer to additional compensation, damages, or refunds beyond amounts paid for unfulfilled items where applicable.
13. Governing Law & Arbitration
13.1 These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
13.2 Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Macomb County, Michigan.
13.3 All disputes, including chargebacks and arbitration matters, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.
14. Acceptance of Terms
14.1 By placing an order with Triforce TCG, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Sales Policy and all related store policies.
14.2 These policies constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Triforce TCG.
